3. Take a DKA (Dominique completo Kouign Amann) in Dominique Ansel Bakery (www.dominiqueansel.com)

Chosen as one of the best 10 pastry chefs in New York and best Bakery 2012 by Time Out New York, located in the SoHo. The DKA is a kind of covered caramelized croissant which removes the sense.
