This dish of noodles black toast with mayonnaise of piquillo peppers that I bring you today, is not a noodles to use but you will love. Ingredients
- 500 g of vermicelli
- 200 g calamaritos
- 14 shrimp
- 1 minced onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 litre of fish stock
- 3 bags of squid ink
- olive oil
- salt
- parsley
- homemade mayonnaise
- 2 or 3 piquillo peppers
Directions
1. in a Pan fry the noodles in a little oil. When browned, book.
2 sauté the reserved onion, green pepper and the clove of garlic in a pan with a little oil. Add the calamaritos (reserve some for the final decoration) and the prawns and seasoning. Saute a couple of minutes and add the noodles.
3. Add the squid ink and mix well. Then add the broth until they are covered and cooking for 5-7 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes.
4 make a mayonnaise with vegetable oil and an egg. When you are finished, add a couple of peppers and mix until you obtain a creamy mayonnaise.
5. serve the noodles roasted with a few calamaritos above and a tablespoon of mayonnaise of piquillo peppers on the side.

I have made this recipe with garlic mayonnaise, we liked. An observation, in the detail of ingredients contained green pepper, however in the explanation of how it is made, not included. Would I guess that be pocha onion? A greeting and thanks
