This dish of noodles black toast with mayonnaise of piquillo peppers that I bring you today, is not a noodles to use but you will love.   • 500 g of vermicelli
  • 200 g calamaritos
  • 14 shrimp
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 litre of fish stock
  • 3 bags of squid ink
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • parsley
  • homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 or 3 piquillo peppers


1. in a Pan fry the noodles in a little oil. When browned, book.

2 sauté the reserved onion, green pepper and the clove of garlic in a pan with a little oil. Add the calamaritos (reserve some for the final decoration) and the prawns and seasoning. Saute a couple of minutes and add the noodles.

3. Add the squid ink and mix well. Then add the broth until they are covered and cooking for 5-7 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes.

4 make a mayonnaise with vegetable oil and an egg. When you are finished, add a couple of peppers and mix until you obtain a creamy mayonnaise.

5. serve the noodles roasted with a few calamaritos above and a tablespoon of mayonnaise of piquillo peppers on the side.
