Ingredients

For the base hummus

  • 600g cooked chickpeas
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 90ml water
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 20g toasted sesame
  • 2 teaspoon tahine

For the roasted pepper hummus

  • 1 roasted pepper
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • a bunch of parsley
  • Granada

For the beet hummus

  • A beet kitchen
  • A few pieces of feta cheese
  • Pistachios
  • Sesame seeds

For the Green hummus

  • A large ripe avocado
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cilantro fresco
  • Some pipes of sunflower and pumpkin

Directions

For the humus base,

Drain the chickpeas and add all the ingredients in a kitchen robot bowl. Crush at maximum power until smooth and fine. Rectify salt and cumin powder if necessary. Divide into three equal parts.

In a put a good drizzle of olive oil, toasted pine nuts and a little chopped parsley.

Elsewhere crush the beetroot and serve with a few pieces of shredded feta cheese, chopped pistachios and sesame seeds

In the third part add the crushed avocado and serve with the pipes, a good drizzle of olive oil and a little chopped coriander.

Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables or as a sauce for your salads, meats and fish.
