These poles of healthy and very easy, watermelon and lemon have become my salvation this summer. And it is that with this heat I took them up to the night. They are very easy to do, 100% natural and do not carry sugar, and we repeat them almost every day.

- 1,000 g of watermelon
- a lemon
- (optional to taste) agave syrup or sweetener
- 4 mint leaves

Blend the watermelon with a few mint leaves with the help of a food processor until a fine puree.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Rectify sweetener and lemon if necessary.
Fill the molds. Put wooden sticks and allow to freeze at least 5 hours.

- Freeze only half the poles and pour it into a large glass. Add a few leaves of hierbabuera and a splash of rum and enjoy a cocktail of natural and fresh summer
