Ingredients

For the burger meat

  • 500 g minced beef (you can also use pork, chicken or turkey)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml chicken stock

For the nachos

  • 10 corn tortillas
  • oil for frying
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • red onions

To accompany

In a bowl, mix the meat with the spices and set aside.

Cut the corn tortillas into triangles and fry in plenty of oil.

In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion in a little oil. When it is punched, add the meat. Let it brown by hitting it all the time with a spatula or wooden spoon to loosen it well.

When the meat is almost ready, add the tomato paste and broth and let it cook over low heat until the meat is tender and the liquid is almost evaporated.

To assemble the dish, alternate layers of fried tortilla chips with the minced meat and grated cheese. When we have 3 layers, bake with the grill and hot air uses the cheese to be melted.

When it comes out of the oven, put pico de gallo and guacamole on top and enjoy!
