This healthy pizza has been a discovery. The first time I did it because I was coming home to eat a friend who was doing the keto diet.

"Uff," I thought "let's see what I prepare for him now" And I saw this recipe in the Just Spices book. It was very easy so I decided on it and it has turned out to be quite a discovery.

A very resultant recipe, perfect for a dinner or a meal if you serve it with a salad and that everyone at home likes. It is gluten-free so it is also perfect for celiacs. I hope you like tato like me.
