This blondies or brownies white chocolate, recipe is a favorite of my son. Many times when it returns home Friday after school, it already comes with body of weekend and starts to prepare them himself. It is a very easy recipe that can be done by hand without the need of electric mixer.
I love the image of these cupcakes on a plate in the kitchen, and how the dish is left empty without that nobody knows how (some more than others as I say). You can make them with dried fruit that you like but I had a few nuts at home, so I decided to use them. I hope you like them as much as my son and his friends
But today I come with a sorpreson. A new facet of Loleta through YouTube. I hope you like it and especially me tell what you think.

Loleta, I also I discovered by chance. Great find, I miss your recipes. Best regards. Happy to see you
Ayy Fabiola thank you very much so! Enchanted I have you here :)
Fantastic recipe, the video with the music as "you can"...
One thing, is the second time that I make the recipe, the first was rich in flavor but much less spongy as the "photo" and now I see that in the video summary the amount of flour (65 g) is lower in the post (75 g)... may be the cause?
Loleta thank you very much...
Hi Maraura, I'm glad much that you liked the video. The flour gives fluffiness, i.e. that the 75g must be fluffier. The amount of flour beat only 10 g so what consistency should not vary. I do it with 75 g and is as pictured, (you have to beat the butter and sugar well) but if you want more softness, uses a little more of flour and a bit of yeast if you want. The brownie is not a cake so must not just up, but if you prefer a texture more cake type, just use a little more than flour (up to 100 g) and a bit of yeast (half cuchardita) and will go up more. Thank you very much for being here with me. A hug
