Ingredients

  • 10 scallops
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 minced fresh onion
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 chafada cayenne pepper
  • 90 ml white wine
  • 100 ml crushed tomato

Directions

Chop the onion, garlic and ham

In a frying pan put a little oil brown the chopped garlic and onion. Add the ham, white wine and cayenne pepper chafada en troos.

Place the scallops, cover and let cook for a few minutes.

Remove the scallops and add the paprika, crushed tomato and chopped parsley.

Stir well and let cook over heat for a couple of minutes.

Return the zamburilñas and cover again. After a couple of minutes, serve the zamburiñas covered with the tomato sauce below and that's it!
