Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 200 g of biscuits

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Melt the butter in the micro and undo cookies. Mix with milk and line the bottom of a greased pan.
3. Cut the pears into eight segments each. Saute in a little margarine and when they are tender add a couple tablespoons of sugar. Give a couple of minutes and place on cookie dough.
4. Beat the egg whites until nine in a separate bowl mix 3 egg yolks (you have to leave a separately), condensed milk and vanilla .. With outflanking unite whites and pour the mixture over the pears.
5. Bake for 40 minutes, but after the first 10 minutes, cover with foil to prevent burning us.
6. Meanwhile, in a saucepan put 2 tablespoons sugar with remaining yolk and two tablespoons of butter. Beat with rods taking care not to boil.
7. When the cake is ready to turn our baked egg cream on the cake and broil until the sugar begins to brown (a minute or two depending on the power of the oven)
