These BigMac tacos are absolutely delicious. They went viral a few months ago on Instagram and I had forgotten about them until last night we repeated them at home and I remembered that I had the photos and video recorded.
That characteristic pink color is ce the sauce and that flavor so rich, it is much easier to prepare at home than you think. And this format is much lighter and faster to prepare than the hamburger so here I leave it for you to try for yourself.

- 6 wheat tortillas
- 400 g minced meat half pork and half beef minced twice by the machine
- 6 slices orange cheddar cheese
- chopped chives
- salt and pepper
- Rolled pickles
For the sauce
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons chopped pickles
- 2 pickled onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon honey
For the sauce mix all the ingredients and set aside.
Cover the tortillas with the minced meat leaving a very thin layer.
Chop the spring onion well and put on top pressing on the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill with the meat down. When they are ready put the cheese on top, a little water in the pan and cover. The water will make the cheese melt without burning the tortilla and will make the tortilla crispy.
Remove and fill with a little sauce, then the pickles and lettuce chopped and on top more sauce to enjoy!
