This honey salmon is very easy to prepare and is perfect for the whole family.
We can also add the remains of vegetables that we have left over in the fridge and it will be delicious because the salmon goes with everything!
- 400 g small potatoes
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- A little ground garlic
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Cover the salmon fillets with it. Reserve and save the rest of the marinade to accompany at the end.
In a frying pan brown the salmon loins with the skin down. Brown for a couple of minutes on each side, or until the salmon reaches the desired cooking point.
Serve with some chafadas potatoes and the rest of the marinade on top
