This chocolate mugcake is the best solution for an improvised breakfast or snack with all the flavor of homemade with love.
Em casa has become the solution to waking up from the nap with an outburst of something sweet and without anything prepared. It only takes two and a half minutes to enjoy it and the ingredients are so easy that you have them at home for sure.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour*
- 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar*
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons milk*
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or coconut or seed oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- a handful of chips or two ounces of dark chocolate
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar and yeast.
Add all the wets: milk, oil and vanilla, and mix again.
Add the chocolate chips and stir. Cook in the microwave for two minutes at maximum power or until when you prick the cake with a toothpick it comes out clean.

- Flour: we can use wheat, slender or oatmeal gluten-free
- Sweetener: I used white sugar but we can use panela, erythritol or even honey
- Milk: we can use animal milk or vegetable drink
