This chocolate brownie without an oven comes to stay at home because you can do it at home if you do not have an oven but also when you are camping, on vacation in a rural house or anywhere where you can make fire and do not have or want to use the oven.

How many times have you felt like making brownie without an oven, or with the oven damaged? Well, here you have the solution to all those problems because I bring you the most delicious brownie without an oven that is made in a pan in just 25 minutes.

To do so you just need to like chocolate and a pan. Let's go for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 120 grams of spelt, oatmeal or almond flour
  • 80 g of walnuts.
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

Chop the chocolate

In a bowl melt the chocolate and butter, we can do it in the microwave or in a bain-marie. I do it in the microwave at 30-second intervals so that the chocolate doesn't burn.

Mix well until you get a fine cream and reserve for heat to lose

In another bowl mix the eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, yeast and salt. Beat until the mixture is uniform. You know that for my doughs I love to use my Danish whisk (here).

Let the chocolate temper a little and once it has cooled a little, add to the egg dough and flour until the mixture is uniform.

Add now the chopped nuts and mix with the help of a spatula.

Grease a non-stick pan and pour the mixture taking care that the surface is very uniform.

Heat the pan over medium-low heat covered and let it cook over low heat for about 10-12 minutes. If we have a double pan, place it and cover the brownie. After this time, we check the cooking point (it should be more curdled at the edges) and turn it over. (see below for my notes on cooking times).

If we have a double pan like mine we turn it around. If we don't have. we will turn it around as if it were an omelette with the help of a plate.

Let cook another 10-12 minutes and enjoy!

Tips and Tricks

  • If your pan is not like mine you still need more time and if you cook with induction be careful that it does not burn, better turn it over twice. This way it will be perfect and will not burn.
  • It is best to check with a stick in the center if it is well cooked. You already know that the brownie is very wet so it should be well made at the edges and wet in the center.
  • Take it warm with ice cream, fresh fruit and chocolate sauce
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Preparation time: 30 minutes
  • Servings: 10
