This unsweetened apple pie is easy, it is prepared in 5 minutes and is so delicious that you will believe it. The texture is between a cheesecake and a flan and creates followers among those who try it.

We will use the natural taste and sweetness of the fruit and we will not use sugar. My apples were of the Fuji variety and I did not have to put it because they were very sweet but of course you can add a little honey, brown sugar or your favorite sweetener.

I also leave you The video in this link so you can see it.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fuji apples (I love them because they are very sweet and so I don't need to put sugar)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 sweetened zero-fat yogurts
  • 80 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey, erythritol or brown sugar (optional)

Directions

We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the apples and quarters and cut one of them into thin slices.

In a blender glass or in a bowl put the apples cut into quarters, yogurt, eggs, cornstarch and crush. At this point we can test the mixture. If it is not sweet we can add a couple of tablespoons of sweetener (I did not put it). Crush everything well

Pour the mixture into a 15 cm mold with a baking paper at the bottom.

Bake for about 45-50 minutes until when pricked with a toothpick it comes out fine.

Let it cool completely before putting it in the fridge a sickle. Unmold and paint with honey or a little jam without sugar.
