This cream and chocolate frozen sandwich is gluten-free and lactose-free and so easy to prepare that you will repeat it a thousand times at home, because you don't need an ice cream maker and because it is delicious.
To prepare it I used Gullón's gluten-free Maria cookies, which in addition to being gluten-free, have no nuts and are vegan.

Ingredients
For ice-cream
- 500 ml lactose-free cream
- 130 ml lactose-free condensed milk
- 200 g chopped dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
To form the sandwiches
- 1 box of Gullón María gluten-free cookies
- colorful sugar noodles
- chopped almonds
- melted dark chocolate
Directions
We whip the cream until we obtain soft peaks. We add the vanilla and condensed milk. We move well. We add the chopped chocolate and mix with enveloping movements.
Pour the mixture onto a flat container, leaving a thickness of about 2 cm. We put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, stirring every 2 hours.
After this time, we take it out and with the help of a metal ring or a glass, we cut the ice cream to the size of the cookies. We put one cookie on top and another on the bottom and return it to the freezer for 15 minutes.
Now comes the most fun part, decorating them. I have used colored sugar noodles in some. For others, I have melted dark chocolate to cover half of the sandwich, and I have decorated others with chopped almonds to cover the edges of the ice cream. But you can use the ones you like the most, and if there are children at home, they will really enjoy decorating them with you.
