This is the appetizer I'm proposing for this Christmas. Some crunchy rolls I've prepared with the avocados and prawns you'll triumph with at the table.

It's a very simple recipe that you can prepare in advance, the only precaution you have to take is to leave them on a rack so that the wafers do not get wet and stay crisp.

At home they've already tried them and given them a resounding temple so I hope you like them as much as we do.

Ingredients

For the rolls

  • 10 wafers for Chinese rolls
  • 4 avocados
  • 1/2 hard red tomato
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • a little salt
  • a little garlic powder
  • a few drops of tabasco (optional
  • 10 prawns or prawns

For the sauce

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • a few drops of tabasco or sriracha (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

In a medium bowl, we can the avocados and crush them with the help of a fork. Add the garlic powder, onion and lime with the chopped tomato. We move well. We put an avocado bone on the plate and set it up.

We peel and clean the prawns.

Place a roll wafer on a flat surface and place approximately 2 tablespoons of filling directly in the center of the wafer. On top of that we put a prawn.

Next, we take the bottom of the roll and fold it over the avocado mixture. Press the edges to keep the mixture firmly inside this fold

Then, we fold the left and right parts.

Roll the roll to the end and paint the corner with beaten egg to seal it well. We repeat with the rest of the rolls and fry them in plenty of hot oil.

Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and serve hot or at room temperature.
