These raspberry chocolates are the perfect snack to take at all times.
They are healthy, low in calories and suitable for the whole family. They are also very easy to prepare and you can make them with pistachio like me, use your favorite nut, or simply not be able to do anything inside, but they are so beautiful that I love them with pistachios.
Ingredients:
- 25 raspberries
- 25 pistachios
- 1 skimmed white yogurt
- 70g dark chocolate
Directions
Put a pistachio in the hollow of each raspberry.
Put the yogurt in a bowl and beat it with a teaspoon until creamy. Pass each raspberry through the yogurt and place it on a tray with baking paper. Freeze for a few hours until the yogurt has hardened.
Once frozen, melt the chocolate and pass each raspberry through the chocolate. Place them on the tray and return to the freezer until consuming.
Tips and Tricks
- Replace raspberries with pieces of your favorite fruit
- You can remove or replace pistachios
- You can use soy yogurt and you will have a vegan and lactose-free version
