These chocolate and anise truffles are already a tradition at home, and every year we have customs that do not vary over the years and I love that: putting up the Nativity scene, singing the Christmas bonus to my father with mantecados, eating grapes on New Year's Eve...
And almost all of those moments have one thing in common, a glass of Marie Brizard.
This year I leave you my father's favorite truffles, with Marie Brizard anise that have the flavor of something made at home with love.

Ingredients
• 200 g of dark chocolate
• 150 ml of liquid cream
• 50 ml of Anisette Marie Brizard
• cocoa powder to decorate them
Directions
We chop the chocolate with a knife. We put it in a bowl with Marie Brizard's Anisette and set aside.
Heat the cream until it starts to boil.
Pour the cream over the chocolate and let it rest for 2 minutes. We stir gently until the chocolate has completely melted, if necessary we heat a little more in the microwave in batches of 30 seconds.
When we have a smooth cream, let it cool for 4 hours in the refrigerator or 3 hours in the freezer until the cream has hardened and we can form balls.
We pass the balls through pure cocoa powder and that's it!
Tips and Tricks
- You can replace pure cocoa powder with chocolate noodles.
- Difficulty: easy
- Prep time: 10 minutes + chilling time
- Servings: about 18 truffles depending on size
