Ingredients
  • 1 pre-cooked puff pastry leaf
  • 100 g gorgonzola cheese, blue cheese or cream cheese
  • 50 g of almonds
  • Half a Speaker
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • and beaten egg to paint

Directions

We cut 12 squares of our puff pastry. To do this we will cut four bands vertically and then another four horizontally.

Lightly flour the work surface and place one of the puff pastry squares on it. We make a cut of about 2 cm in the middle of each of the sides. Place a piece of pear in the center and fold each corner towards the center, forming a square leaving the pear below.

Fold each side of the square joining the corners so that we will have a flower petal. Repeat and at the end we will have a flower of 4 petals.

We put some cheese in the center. We paint shake shake and finish with sliced almonds.

Bake at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes until well browned.

Enjoy!
