These poles of lactose-free and sugar-free mango are my wild each summer when preparing a dessert in 2 minutes and almost no ingredients.

You just need to have fruit frozen by that always take the end of season for example strawberries and mangos to freeze kilos of fruit during the year I used to prepare jams and homemade ice cream.

These Poles Mango, you can make them with your favorite fruit and they are great with strawberries and bananas (petit suise frosted know). They are perfect for everyone at home and so I eat as many as you want knowing that at the same time I am looking after me. They really help me to compensate those excesses of the summer in which we tend to relax enough with food.

At home they love these poles of mango and today coming to dinner my nieces and nephews will have applause rather than assured. The trick? Does not say never which fruit are. Home for them the Poles are made from your favorite color: amarillo-mango, rosa-fresas or raspberries, morado-arandanos, verde-kiwi, Rojo-Sandia... or colors.and always love.

If you think that these poles of mango need more sugar, you just have to add a ripe banana, or if prefer you a tablespoon of honey. In addition and of course you can serve in balls. As today came my little nieces and nephews, I have preferred to shape of polo because for them it's easier to eat. But it looks great on balls served in glasses or cups of ice cream. See for this cool and easy recipe!
