Tangerine gin fizz is one of my favorite cocktails that I always make at home for adults (and sometimes also for children because without alcohol is delicious, it's like a homemade and healthy orange Fanta).

It is a natural juice base with a syrup and then finished with a whipped egg white with some of the juice and zest of a tangerine.

The Ramos Gin Fizz, which is its original name, is a classic cocktail with origin in New Orleans, and I love it both for its texture and for its flavor, citrus and aromatic.

The name is to the "fizz", a family of citrus and bubbly drinks that were very popular in the first half of the twentieth century in that part of America and that combined with gin gave the name gin-fizz to this combination that I like so much.

Today I also bring you a very rich strawberry version too.
