These puff pastry and salmon spoons with sweet dill sauce are the new addition to my favorite appetizers this year. They are prepared in just 15 minutes, they are delicious and they are also very original.
I hope you like them as much as I do. You'll tell me.

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry plate
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon flower honey
- a few fresh dill leaves
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Place a few teaspoons on the puff pastry sheet and with the tip of a knife draw its silhouette (as in the video).
Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Wrap a roll of aluminum foil in baking paper and place it on a baking tray on which we will have placed a baking paper.
Place the puff pastry spoons on top and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
Meanwhile, finely chop the dill, reserving a few sprigs. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, honey, mustard and chopped dill. mix well. Reserve.
Put a slice of salmon on a cutting board and cut thin strips about 2 cm thick. We roll them up on themselves forming a flower. Reserve.
When the tablespoons of puff pastry are cold, put a little of the sauce and a salmon flower on top. We finish with a sprig of dill and appetizer ready!
