This recipe for Blueberry sugar free sugar free ice cream is the recipe for ice cream more often I do every summer when I want a quick ice cream, easy and low in calories. It is perfect for those that coconut don't like and for those who don't want to using cream for their high fat content.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml evaporated milk frozen
  • 300 g of frozen blueberries or the fridge

Optional - 2 bananas to sweeten if you like sweeter, although if the blueberries are sweet you don't need. We can also use a few tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and the amount depends on the point of sweet that you like and the type of fruit you use)

Directions

With the help of a food processor grind the evaporated milk with fruit to have a creamy ice cream unsweetened blueberries. Optionally you can add a bit of honey or agave syrup, but if the fruit is ripe, it will not be necessary.

Blend until a smooth cream, a rich frozen unsweetened blueberries. Fill the mould of Poles and freeze 1 hour.

If you prefer you can bathe your poles in melted chocolate and enjoy!
